Refreshing, Zesty Avocado Salad!

A quick and easy avocado salad that complements a variety of dishes, but truly shines as a delightful side dish with seafood. The creamy texture of avocado combined with the refreshing burst of lemon zest creates a harmonious symphony on the palate. This recipe is for 2 small avocados, you can always adjust the recipe to the amount of lemon and salt that is more favorable to you!

• 2 small avocados 
• 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp. of olive oil 
• 2 pinches of Salt King (1/2 teaspoon)

• Cut avocados in half, remove pits and skin, dice in to medium chunks and add to a bowl 
• Add 2 pinches of Salt King 
• Cut lemon in half, juice and add to bowl 
• Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil 

 Toss until the avocado is perfectly coated in the vinaigrette, and enjoy!
